Christine & Vincent
Hi Everyone,

This Web site update is long overdue.  I have been extremely busy lately.  First it was getting ready for tax season, then the tax season itself.  On top of that I am planning my retirement from the force after almost 30 years.  I have been going to job interviews several times a week and of course last but not least are the family obligations and then comes fun. Ha!  If all goes as planned I will retire as of July 10, 2000, spend one week at Davis Park with the family (lots of fun always), then starting my new job the following Monday.  It will be an adjustment to say the least.  I will be working in the private sector like the rest of us.  That means only 2 weeks vacation, no 26 x-days, no 30 days vacation, yada yada yada.

I have updated  my family page with some new pictures of Josh. I am sorry to say that I have not received any e-mail or pictures from any of you except Claudia.  I know how busy everyone is but I didn't think we were all that busy.  Since my life style will be changing somewhat I may not have the time to continue with my admin duties here.  If any of you are interested in taking over either directly at this site or via a site of your own, please let me know.  I will give you the software and passwords for this site and you can start anytime.

Christine & I are doing very well.  Since Ben has moved out we are pretty much by ourselves. Ben is currently in the Army at an advanced training stint.  He is stationed in Alabama and he calls Chris every so often.  I wish him the best, but so far he has not  resolved personal issues within himself; issues that put up walls wherever he goes.  Perhaps he will find the answers while he is away.  Luke is back home after a short visit.  We enjoyed his company for a few days even though he said something he ate gave him an upset stomach.  I'm inclined to believe it was volume rather than quality.  Chris is flying down to visit Sally, Tray, and Joshua in a few weeks (done  deal  since this last update).  I also gave her a mission to look around at the local housing situation.  It's starting to warm up here a little, and I am looking forward to the summer.  If any of you can make it to my retirement party I would love to have you. The date will be July 6th. and it's on me.  Well, that's about it for now.  Enjoy the pictures below.

Take Care,
